Using Uvenaro
You may use Uvenaro only lawfully and must have the rights and consent required for uploaded media, people, voices, music, prompts and outputs. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or relying on them.
Prohibited use
Do not create or distribute illegal, abusive, deceptive, exploitative, non-consensual intimate or rights-infringing material; bypass safety or security; impersonate people deceptively; replace deity/God faces; harm women or any person through image misuse; scrape, overload or reverse-engineer protected services; or use outputs as unreviewed professional medical, legal or financial decisions.
Your content
You retain rights you hold in your content. You grant only the limited permission needed to perform actions you request. Originals are preserved by product design where supported. You must not upload content you are not authorized to process.
AI outputs
AI results may be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to other results. Availability, ownership and permitted use can vary by law and provider terms. Review provenance, licenses and rights before commercial use.
Plans, payments and cancellation
Verified price, currency, taxes, renewal, trial, cancellation and refund terms must be shown before purchase. Digital purchases use approved store billing where required. Entitlements are server-verified and restorable on verified devices.
Availability and changes
Features may change for security, law, compatibility or service reliability. Offline and backend-unavailable states are reported honestly. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, but preserve recovery and incident-response controls.
Enforcement and termination
Access may be limited or suspended for serious abuse, security risk or legal necessity, with notice and appeal where appropriate. Account deletion and data handling follow the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Legal details
The current operator is Utkarsh Prakash Verma. Governing law, court or arbitration jurisdiction, dispute-resolution procedure, statutory consumer protections, verified business address and dedicated legal contact will be finalized after qualified legal review and displayed before commercial transactions or native-store submission. Until then, these Terms do not select an exclusive court, waive mandatory consumer rights or require arbitration. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
